Workers for the City of Newark May Soon Have to Bring Their Own Toilet Paper to Work

Say it ain't so. As if closing the city's public pools on August 2nd isn't enough, now The City of Newark workers may soon have to pack a roll of toilet paper with their lunch kits. Newark's Mayor Cory Booker is looking into cutting the city's budget and it may start with the city not purchasing toilet paper. Are you serious?
