This is a story of not blaming the franchise, because there are individuals who work at these places with their own views and opinions. Recently, a Houston woman received a racially insensitive email from Ruth's Steak House in Ridgeland, Mississippi. LaTrenda Watson, a Jackson, Mississippi native was planning a 60th Birthday event for her mother in her hometown, until she received an email from one of the restaurant's event planner.
