Derek Jeter Reaches 3,000 Hits In New York Style

The Yankees Captain Derek Jeter hit his 3,000 career hit in New York style, with a home run in front of a sell out crowd at Yankee Stadium. Tampa Bay's David Price threw a curve ball on a 3-2 count and Jeter reached down and blasted it for a third-inning solo home run. Jeter went 5-5 and the Yankees won the game 5-4.
