Percy Sutton Dies at Age 89



When I hear the name Percy Sutton, I think of the Apollo theatre, WLIB/WBLS radio stations in NYC, and I think of Harlem. Mr. Sutton passed away last night at the age of 89. Sutton was considered one of New York's most influential figures, spawning the careers of a who's who of prominent black politicians.
