Now here's a positive idea, a Florida judge sends troubled teens on probation to learn about poetry. Judge Marrilee Ehrlich offers juvenile offenders on probation the chance to do poetry for their required community service hours. I think its wonderful to hear a 14 year old say, "I never read poetry or understood how powerful words are". I think this would go further than these teens picking up trash off of an interstate in Florida. Kudos Judge. Read more (here).
