Same Sex Marriage Takes Effect in DC

New law takes affect in DC today in DC today, so expect a lot of applicants to soon apply and as of next week Tuesday (the application process takes 3 business days), DC will have couple married of the Same Sex. Check out the video and story at the jump link.
