HBCU's are Having Trouble Keeping Great Black Professors

So Historically Black Colleges and Universities seem to be having a difficult time trying to retain GREAT black professors. HBCU's have been having this problem and the question is, "Why?". When HBCU's were first established, many HBCU schools hired Jewish professors, because the established universities would not hire them. Thanks to our ancestors, today people have choices. Yes, it would be great to keep some of these black minds on HBCU's campus', but money plays a major role. Where so you stand? Check out this article....
